• Construct New Central Plant (Building 200) and Utility Infrastructure
  

Phase 1A Building Construction: March 2009 - February 2011

• Demolish Buildings 8 and 10
• Demolish Building 9 and 14
• Construct Two New Office Buildings (201 and 202)
• Construct Parking Structure A
• Hazard Way Renovations

Phase 1B Construction: Winter 2011 - Spring 2012
*Subject to Board of Supervisors Funding Approval

• Demolish: Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 15, 16 & 17
• Construct: Two New Office Buildings (203 and 204) and Conference Center
• Fleet Improvements
