The San Diego County Credit Union will remain open during construction. Parking is available next to the Credit Union, with access from Farnham Way.

Construction of Phase 1B Buildings is in Progress.
The County Operations Center Project began major construction operations for the Phase 1B office buildings in January 2011. The new construction will provide approximately 300,000 square feet of office space, built to LEED Gold Certification standards. This phase of construction, "Phase 1B", will includes new two new office buildings (approximately 300,000 sq ft) and a building for public hearings and events.
