Office Buildings 201 and 202

• Enclosure of both buildings is completed.
• Interior improvements are well underway.
• Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems are being installed.

Parking Structure A

• The elevator tower is in construction.
• Construction of foundations continues.

Off-site Improvements

• Improvements to Overland Avenue are underway. These will include traffic improvements, a new signal at the intersection of Overland Avenue and Farnham Street, and undergrounding of SDG&E electric lines.
• Improvements at Farnham Street and Hazard Way began are complete.

Central Plant Construction

• Construction was completed in October 2009
• Chilled water and power distribution have commenced

San Diego Medical Examiner and Forensic Center

• Construction was completed in December 2009
• The Center is now operational

Parking Management

• The COC Project provides Managed Parking (Valet Assisted Parking) for employees and visitors
• An off-site parking lot is available to employees and visitors with regular shuttle service
