Site Work & Offsite Improvements

• On-going public improvements to streets and freeway ramps

Buildings 201/202

• First wave of moves occurred 10/16/10 - 11/8/10
• Second wave of moves completes in March 2011
• San Diego County Credit Union is open for business
• Sitework North of Building 202 is in progress

Hazard Way

• Interior framing/drywall and systems installation are in progress
• Exterior facelift and waterproofing fixes are in progress
• Site improvements are proceeding

Conference Center and Buildings 203 and 204

• Erection of steel for Building 203 commenced on March 16, 2011
• Grading is in progress for Building 204 and

Central Plant

• Construction was completed in October 2009
• Chilled water and power distribution have commenced

San Diego Medical Examiner and Forensic Center

• Construction was completed in December 2009
• The Center is now operational

Parking Structure A

• The Parking Structure opened to County Staff in December 2010
• Installation of the photovoltaic panels completed in February 2011
