The Medical Examiner and Forensic Center
- Installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment on the second floor.
- Framing and cladding of exterior walls.

The Central Plant and Utilities Project
- Construction of the Central Plant building foundation.
- Trenching for sanitary sewer upgrade (East of Building 8). Trenching will occur from east to west.
- Utility work is in progress at the Overland Avenue gate. Traffic detours will direct drivers to exit out of the driveway directly to the west. The entry will not be affected. Please use caution in these areas and obey all posted signage. Please see the diagrams below for impacts to campus traffic flow. (Right click on the images to save or print at a larger scale),
Construction Work Area Notice and Site Access: 12/8/08 - 1/14/08
- Utility work at the entrance/exit southwest of the Overland Avenue gate: Traffic detours and construction flagmen will direct drivers to enter and exit the driveway safely.
- Utility Work only Hazard Way Parking median: The new sewer line will be routed through spaces on the north side of the median.. (Spaces wil be made available as possible during this period.) The parking at the north side of the median can be reused as a "haul road"
after backfill to keep the trucks and materials out of the drive aisle.
- Overland Avenue Exit: The exit lane will be open with some impact to traffic flow. Please use caution in this area. The barricades between the entry and exit lanes will be temporarily removed to allow traffic to turn left upon entry. For safety reasons: Pedestrians should stay outside of the construction area (designated with barricades/cones).
