Parking Structure A

Parking Structure A will be seven levels with 1,820 standard size parking spaces, including accessible parking, and motorcycle parking. Carpool spaces will be provided to meet the LEED carpool requirements.

The County of San Diego is partnering with SDG&E to install photovoltaic panels (solar panels that convert sunlight into electricity.)

Parking Structure A

Lowe Enterprises, Inc. will oversee the development of the Parking Structure. The Design-Build contract is held by HW&A Structures (a consortium of Howard Wright Construction and Arciero Brothers Construction). The Architect is Parking Design Solutions.
